No. Franchisees are not required to purchase products and chemicals from our suggested supplier base. However the products and chemicals purchased must be to a required level of quality to ensure the consistent achievement of service outcomes for the client base. All franchisees are able to purchase chemicals and products through our own warehouse system where they can enjoy the benefits of bulk buying discounts.
